well its P-day #3 already.. so crazy. We went to the campinas temple again, and we aren´t allowed to bring cameras outside of the mtc so we had our teacher take a picture of our district with his cellphone
I have been doing really good. Time has been flying by and there is so much more to do every day. We have been teaching lessons in english and now we are moving on to street contacts and medium lesson one is PORTUGUESE. so crazy.. I have no probelm though.. I already have my street contact down and my lesson all written out.. I am amazed at how easy this is for me.. A few of my good friends left early this morning, but the cool thing is, they are going to Curitiba! so I will see them in six weeks. It has been stormy and rainy all week, just yesterday it cleared up. One day it was almost like a tornado was ripping through.. I took a movie, Dad when I send the full memory card to you you can put it up haha.
As for my district, there are 8 guys. 3 are from southern Cali 3 are from utah, 1 is from seattle and 1 is from chicago. We all get along really well and we have developed a good system to get our work done together. The only problem is I always finsih way before everyone so I get bored easily haha. Brazil is awesome. I am getting used to it, and I cant WAIT to go to Curitiba. I hear it is the nicer part of Brazil and that it is cleaner. So that will be sweet.
Not much else is going on, it´s the same routine every day. We have 3 4 hour classes throughout the day and two are led by teachers and one we direct ourselves. Our teachers are both realllly cool. A lot of the other teachers are not so cool, so we got lucky
My favorite teacher is Irmão Gonçalves. He served a mission in Colorado Springs. He is a really cool guy and is an awesome teacher.
This week Friday they are going to take us to downtown Sao Paulo and we get to proselyte! I am excited but the other guys are FREAKING out.. its funny how in three weeks they expect you to be able to talk to brazillians.. Speaking of brazillians, we got our first two brazillian roommates! Elder Da Silva and Elder Perrupato. (In portugués the rr and r at the beginning of the word is an h sound.. SO annoying) they are both pretty cool but really quiet. Its funny cuz they talk to us like we can understand them, but we have no idea what the heck they are talking about. so we sit down with our minidiccionarios and figure out what eachother is saying.
I uploaded my pictures to flickr, here is the link: http://www.flickr.com/photos/29489945@N04/
I am off to go wander the streets with my companion talk to you all in a week!
